College Rules is the sex party site for anyone who wishes their own student years had looked like this. The concept is simple: college students film their parties and send the footage in, and the site pays for the tapes that make the cut. What comes back is dorm rooms, frat houses and off-campus apartments full of drunk, horny twenty-somethings playing games that start with a dare and end with half the room naked. It is aimed at fans of amateur party porn who want the chaos of a real night out rather than a scripted studio orgy. There is nothing quite like it among studio party sites.

Scenes typically open with the party already going: beer pong, truth or dare, strip games, a girl flashing her tits for the camera and the crowd cheering her on. From there things escalate, with blowjobs on the sofa in front of everyone, girls making out and licking each other on a bed covered in coats, and group sex where the camera moves from couple to couple while the party keeps going around them. Because the footage is submitted, the shooting style varies from decent handheld camera to phone video, and that roughness is part of the appeal. Each submission gets a title, a short write-up of the night and the school nickname, which adds to the amateur feel. College Rules also runs themed episodes, from spring break trips to initiation nights, and the archive goes back years, so there is a huge amount of sex party material to work through.

Do not expect cinema quality; expect real lighting, real noise and real reactions. Newer uploads are HD, older ones are not. The membership is a recurring subscription, and the join page lists the current rates and any bonus access included, which change often, so look before you buy. Every person who appears in a released video is a verified adult with signed paperwork, which is the main reason the site screens submissions rather than publishing everything it receives. Billing is discreet through a third-party processor, and the player works on mobile without an app. Downloads are available for members along with streaming, and the archive is searchable by tag and theme.

Verdict: College Rules is one of the most authentic sex party sites in the amateur category, precisely because the students shoot it themselves. If you want polished bodies and perfect angles, look at a studio party site; if you want the feeling of being at the wildest house party on campus, this is the one.
