My bestie betrayed me is a 34-episode series on Candy Shorts, the short-form video section of CandyAI, and one of the longest runs in the catalogue. It opens on the worst night of Emma’s life. Sweet, trusting and settled, she walks in on her boyfriend with her best friend and watches her perfect life shatter in a single evening. What follows is not a quiet recovery. A secret rebound, a positive test and a school full of lies, in the words of the official synopsis, turn her heartbreak into a war, and the series tracks how a woman who began as everyone’s pushover becomes untouchable. The length is the point: this is a soap-style saga with room for alliances, reversals and grudges rather than one contained encounter.

How to Watch My bestie betrayed me: Free and Premium Episodes

The free and premium split keeps the standard Candy Shorts proportions, just across a much longer run. The first two episodes are free with a CandyAI account, and they cover the discovery, the betrayal itself and the first cracks in Emma’s old life. Episodes three to thirty-four are premium, and that is where the rebound, the test and the campaign of lies play out across the bulk of the series. Two free episodes are enough to meet the three people at the heart of the betrayal and decide whether a 34-part feud is for you.

Individual episodes are still short, a couple of minutes each, so the series is a long chain of scene-length beats rather than a set of extended chapters. The format suits the material: a saga built on secrets and shifting loyalties can afford to spend a whole episode on one revelation or one confrontation and let the next instalment pick up the fallout. Watched in sequence it plays as a sprawling serial; the running thread of Emma’s revenge makes it easy to follow even after a break.

The Cast of My bestie betrayed me

Emma is the centre of the series and the character who changes most across it. She begins as the sweet girlfriend who trusted everyone and ends as someone nobody dares cross. Her boyfriend and her best friend are the pair whose betrayal sets everything off, and the series keeps both of them in play as the people Emma has to outmanoeuvre. The secret rebound is the wildcard, the relationship nobody is supposed to know about and the source of the positive test that changes the stakes. Around them is a wider cast of friends, rivals and gossips who keep the lies circulating. Over 34 episodes the recurring characters stay consistent in look and temperament, which is what lets a run this long hold together as one story.

How My bestie betrayed me Is Made

Every frame of My bestie betrayed me is AI-generated. As with everything on Candy Shorts, the footage comes from CandyAI’s generation pipeline, and the recurring characters are kept consistent across all 34 episodes, so the Emma who is betrayed in the opening is recognisably the Emma who has become untouchable by the end. The finish is smooth and stylised, nearer to polished animation than to filmed drama. A run this long is a real test of the format, since consistency over 34 instalments is harder than over five; that the cast and dynamics carry across the whole saga is what separates it from the scattered AI clips most viewers have seen.

Where to Stream My bestie betrayed me

Getting started is quick. A free CandyAI account unlocks the first two episodes, and the CandyAI apps for iOS and Android suit a serial made of two-minute instalments, which can be watched a few at a time. Premium membership opens episodes three to thirty-four along with the rest of the gated catalogue.

My bestie betrayed me is adult content and restricted to viewers aged eighteen and over, like every title on Candy Shorts. Within those terms it is the catalogue’s long-form outlier: a betrayal, a secret, a positive test and 34 short episodes that turn one bad night into a sustained campaign.
